CLR Solutions is concerned about the environment. We look to reduce our carbon footprint by implementing best practices that reduce power consumption and the use of natural resources. We accomplish this by implementing the following:
- Use of remote monitoring and management of client networks to reduce vehicle travel
- Provide procurement of hardware that is low in power consumption and Energy Star certified
- Implementation of virtualization technologies for servers and desktops
- Power management best practices for client networks by utilizing remote management tools
- Recommend and implement cloud computing technologies to reduce the number of client premise equipment
- Offering hosted applications and services
- Provide technology refresh services to clients to retire older hardware
We recycle all old customer equipment so that it does not end up in landfills. Customers can receive a credit on new equipment purchases if they have us recycle the old equipment.
